The Tenants Union of Victoria can provide information in response to specific tenancy questions sent by email. We aim to send a response within 7 days.

For complex tenancy problems or cases requiring legal advice or representation, you should contact our telephone advice line on 9416 2577. Our advice line operates Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 9.00am to 4.00pm and Wednesday from 4.30 to 8.00pm.
